Willowhouse is a boutique weddings and events coordination business in Canberra.


Specialising in Weddings, Willowhouse can assist with or plan any aspect of your big day.  We can help with budget management, ceremony and reception design, wedding and event styling, day management and offer guidance for services in the Canberra  and surrounding region. 

Willowhouse can also assist with corporate events, Hens & Bucks nights, children’s parties, the list goes on. We can do as little or as much as you require.  All our packages are flexible and can be changed to suit your needs or we can tailor a package specifically for you and your budget.  


Although Willowhouse is located in Canberra we are willing and love to travel, so please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.

Hi, I'm Jess and I am the director and owner of Willowhouse Weddings & Events.  I studied Event Management for 2 years and have a Diploma in Wedding Coordination which is internationally recognised.   I have always had a passion for weddings and I’m willing to go the extra mile to make your day absolutely perfect.  I am a perfectionist at heart and love creating those unforgettable moments.  I will work with you every step of the way to ensure that all of your expectations are met and that your wedding is perfect in every way.

Consultation Package 

Perfect for couples who want to have a “hands on” approach to their wedding themselves but would like some guidance along the way. We can offer advice on services in Canberra that will suit your style and budget, ceremony/ reception styling ideas etc.


Inclusions:
Complimentary initial consultation to discuss wedding ideas, style and numbers etc
3 x face-to-face meetings to discuss wedding progress
Contact with wedding consultant by either phone or email throughout the entire planning process.

 

Stress Less

Let us reduce your stress - This package is designed for couples that want to plan their wedding themselves but would like professional assistance with liaising/engaging the services of vendors/suppliers.
Inclusions:
Complimentary initial consultation to discuss wedding ideas, style and numbers etc
4 x face-to-face meetings to discuss wedding progress
Contact with wedding consultant by either phone or email throughout the entire planning process.
Liaise with vendors/suppliers (to prepare the services schedule for the day & to ensure the prompt delivery of items)


 

 

Without a Hitch 

This package is designed for couples that want to plan their wedding themselves but would like professional assistance with engaging the services of vendors/suppliers and who also need assistance with the set up on their big day.
Inclusions:
Complimentary initial consultation to discuss wedding ideas, style and numbers etc
4 x face-to-face meetings to discuss wedding progress
Contact with wedding consultant by either phone or email throughout the entire planning process.
Liaise with vendors/suppliers (to prepare the services schedule for the day & to ensure the prompt delivery of items)
Setting up of both the ceremony & reception venue in line with the couples requirements

 

The Bijou Bride

 

This package is perfect for the super organised bride that has everything ready to go and just needs someone to set up at the venue.
 

Inclusions:
Complimentary initial consultation to discuss
wedding ideas and style
1 x face-to-face meeting week of the wedding to confirm styling requirements

Bespoke
 

We understand that not every wedding is the same and that sometimes a wedding just can’t fit into a package, so we are more than happy to create a bespoke package just for you and your needs. We will find the right fit for you, whether it’s for a wedding of 10 or 500, if you need a bit of this and a bit of that or if you’re just not sure altogether – we can help!

Day Management & Coordination

If your looking for an extra pair of hand to ensure the smooth running of your day, or if you just need some help setting up or packing down, ensuring deliveries arrive on time etc, this is charged at $90 p/h for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 12 hours.
